As a Field Manager, the individual will work closely with on the following: field planning and development, soil restoration and improvement, succession planning and planting, management of field team and volunteers, bouquet making, seed starting, and more.
As a Flowershop Manager, the individual will work closely with Becca and take the lead on the following: CSA organization and management, bouquet making, arrangement making, workshop development, private event management, and social media promotion.
As a member of the Flower Farm Field Crew, the individual will work closely with Becca and the Team Managers on the following: field development, soil restoration and improvement, succession planting, bouquet marking, seed starting, and more.
