Celebrate the magic of the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year and the beautiful promise of returning light.
For centuries, the Winter Solstice has been a time to pause, reflect, and honor the rhythms of nature. It is a celebration of both darkness and light, of rest and renewal, and of the quiet beauty found in the changing seasons. The Yule Log, an ancient symbol of warmth, hope, and new beginnings, is at the heart of this special workshop.
Join us at Eleven Mile Farm as we embrace this meaningful tradition and create a beautiful, nature-inspired Yule Log centerpiece using fresh evergreens, dried flowers, seed pods, and foraged treasures gathered from the farm. Each unique creation will be approximately 18 inches in length, bringing the textures, fragrance, and beauty of the winter landscape into your home.
All materials and instruction are included. Come gather with us for a little creativity, connection, and seasonal magic as we welcome winter, honor the stillness of the season, and celebrate the promise of brighter days ahead.

In this unique 90-minute workshop we will highlight one of our seasonal favorites- Dahlias! Becca will discuss how they are grown, harvested and used in floral arranging. She will lead participants into the fields for hands on experience picking dahlias to use in their own arrangement. You will be provided with all the materials needed to create a beautiful centerpiece to take home to enjoy.

Join us in the Eleven Mile Farm Flowershop for a restorative session combining floral design with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath.
To begin, Becca will guide participants in the art of asymmetry and balance, teaching them how to design with flower frogs using freshly harvested summer florals. In the second half of the workshop, certified Sound Healing Practitioner Maria Cohen will lead a deeply calming, restorative sound bath experience designed to support relaxation and well-being. It is a wonderful opportunity for creativity, reflection, and community connection.
